As the primary contact, Mark Koski makes himself available to his clients at any time and has chosen to build a select number of homes annually in order to maintain daily oversight of each home project. GYC Group enjoys an unusually long tenure with the majority of its employees.
Our Team
Field Supervisors, Mike Kent, Vic Portner, Marvin Harrison, Dave Stehle, Larry Warner, Bert Wilhelm, and Brian Collins are Master Carpenters by trade and take pride in the quality of workmanship produced.
Warranty Service Manager, Steve Bond is experienced in all aspects of new home construction and service.

Project Directors Matt Shaffer and Mason Dowell have worked in the building industry for many years. Their ability to communicate and offer guidance in the construction process with the homeowners is outstanding.

Corporate Manager, Peggi Wilkinson, Executive Administrative Assistant, Samantha Wood, and Data Entry Specialist, Heidi Meekins, manage client relations and oversee operation performance, managing all aspects of company and project financials.

Skilled Tradesmen - Blake Metz, Doug Johnson, Timmy Warner, and Dylan Warner, along with Apprentice Tradesmen Dustin Hooper and Bradley Meekins, all participate in creating the works of art that GYC produces. Their meticulous work in the field is what sets our homes apart from our competition.
